Sicilian Spinach Pasty

A Sicilian take on the international language of pasties, containing spinach, tomatoes, olives and some other things I can’t translate from the baker’s helpful list of ingredients . . .

It’s a kind of sweetish bready crust, very tasty and mighty cheap. Highly recommended.

They also do a non-veggie, sausage-filled version — see below.
